These Accelerated Fundamentals courses are designed to fit YOUR schedule. You tell us when you want your personal training sessions, and we make it happen.

During the 6 sessions we cover
-Weightlifting, Dynamic, Monostructural, Mobility Warm ups and movement prep
-Barbell Movements: Snatch and its variations, Clean and Jerk and its variations, Back Squat, Front Squat, Overhead Squat, Deadlift, Bench Press, Press, Push Press, Thrusters.
-Gymnastics Movements: Double Unders, Air Squats, Push Ups, Ring Rows, Pull ups and variations, Toes to Bar, Knees to Elbows, Burpees, Box Jumps, Dips, Lunges, Hollow Body Positions, Kipping, Rope Climbs, Progressions needed for more advanced gymnastics movements.
-Monostructural: Running, Rowing, Sprinting technique

We also hand out supplemental material for Nutrition, as well as many talks on how to make progress, scale your workouts, and plenty of other resources!
