30 Minute Personal Training Session

Our quick and dirty 30 minute skill session.

If you are looking to get some movement refinement on a current skill you are developing, get a coach to give you some feedback on some lifts, or get some quick skills and drills, this is the session for you. 

30 minutes of skill development coaching to be used for whatever the individual chooses. Once purchased a coach will be in contact with you to gather information regarding your skill session, what you intend on accomplishing during the time spent, and the coach you would like to schedule it with.

The session can include anything up to and including

Mobility / Flexibility Work
Olympic Weightlifting
Powerlifting
Gymnastics
Rowing
Running
General Crossfit Skill Work
Competitive Crossfit Skill Work
Rehab Work

If you feel you may want or need a longer session, we also offer one hour training sessions.

By purchasing these sessions you understand that personal training sessions expire 6 months from the purchase date.

By purchasing these sessions you understand that you must give no less than 24 hours notice before postponing or cancelling a session, otherwise that session will be considered used.
