CrossFit Open Skills Package

Though there isn't a ton of time left before the CrossFit Open, we can still make a great deal of headway into identifying bad movement patterns, training weaknesses and refining some skill work.

We decided this year to launch a skill sessions package to get anyone who wants to be prepared, ready to go.

Three Individual 30 Minute Sessions designed to work on 1 different skill per session with a total of 3 skills or! you can do all three sessions on 1 skill, break it up however you'd like.

These sessions are designed get you in and out with some skill work specific to you on three movements of your choosing out of the movements coming up with this years open.
